Orca's Big Hunt (2021)

Animation created with Illustrator and After Effects

Inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's 2008 film "Ponyo", I wanted to create a piece that showed the expressive movement and fluidity of water. The color palete of an array of blues is the centerpiece of this animation to create a calming yet immersive experience.
